1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using Nestory, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Service description
Nestory offers a catalog of bedtime stories in multiple languages, available in free and premium plans.
3. User account
- You are responsible for the security of your account and password
- You must provide accurate information when registering
- One account per person. Shared accounts are not permitted
- We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms
4. Plans and payments
- Free Plan: access to selected stories at no cost
- Monthly Premium Plan: full access, automatic monthly renewal
- Annual Premium Plan: full access, automatic annual renewal
- Payments are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play
- Prices may vary by region
5. Cancellation and refunds
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through App Store or Google Play settings
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period
- Refunds follow Apple App Store and Google Play policies
6. Content
- Stories available on Nestory are in the public domain or originally created for the app
- Reproducing, distributing or commercializing app content without authorization is prohibited
- We reserve the right to add, remove or modify stories at any time
7. Referral program
- Influencers and partners may receive commissions for referrals
- Commissions are calculated based on active subscribers at monthly closing
- We reserve the right to modify or terminate the referral program with 30 days' prior notice
8. Limitation of liability
Nestory is provided "as is". We are not liable for service interruptions, data loss or indirect damages arising from use of the app.
9. Modifications to terms
We may update these terms at any time. We will notify you by email of significant changes. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada.
